ASSEMBLY OPERATIVEHigh Wycombe£12.95 Per HourImmediate Starts Available Temp to Perm Full Training ProvidedVanta Staffing are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation based in High Wycombe.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term employment with genuine permanent opportunities available following a successful temporary period.The Role:• Assembling products using hand and power tools• Following assembly instructions and production specifications• Working from production paperwork• Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process• Reporting any defects or issues immediately• Working as part of a busy production team• Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentPhysical Requirements:• Regular lifting and moving of products weighing up to 25kg• Some products are long and awkward, requiring careful handling and occasional team lifts• Standing at a workstation for up to 4 hours at a time• Frequent bending, lifting and manual handling duties• Working within a busy manufacturing environmentCandidates must be physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties safely throughout their shift.What We''re Looking For:• Previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience preferred• Experience using hand and power tools• Good attention to detail• Strong quality focus• Reliable and punctual approach to work• Ability to work effectively as part of a team• Positive attitude and ..... full job details .....
