The Role As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling precision-engineered products to a high standard, following technical drawings, work instructions and quality procedures. You will receive training to develop your skills across a variety of assembly and manufacturing processes while working as part of a supportive production team. Key Responsibilities Assemble precision components in line with engineering drawings and specifications. Operate a range of manual, semi-automated and automated production equipment. Use machinery such as saws, skiving and notching equipment safely and effectively. Carry out additional manufacturing processes, including spring cutting, welding and silicone filling where required. Perform manual finishing and deburring of components before final inspection.
