Assembly Operative

TandK Associates have an opportunity for an Assembly Operative to join our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a temporary to permanent basis. This position would be working for an established Company who have a friendly working environment. Assembly Operative Job Details and Benefits; 12.90 per hour, increasing to 13.60 after 12 weeks Paid overtime opportunities Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm Canteen facility on site with free tea and coffee Free onsite parking 25 days holiday + bank holidays (After 12 weeks) Cycle to work scheme Store discounts Assembly Operative Role and Responsibilities include; Assembling products including cabling and wiring Final assembly of cases (mechanical and electrical) Using hand tools Reading from a work sheet and following instructions Inspecting the product and carrying out safety testing Placing labels onto product Basic soldering All other associated tasks as required Assembly Operative Person Specification; Previous experience within an assembly role is preferred however full training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work alone or as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to produce high quality work and work from drawings Dextrous and able to work on small products If you are interested in joining a friendly team who offer training, then please apply now by sending your CV to TandK Associates. ..... full job details .....
