Assembly Operative Location: Ashton-under-Lyne Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Position Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:30 Friday: 07:45 - 15:15 About the Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our growing team on a long-term basis. As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in assembling high-quality products that help improve accessibility and independence for people nationwide. Key Responsibilities Assemble products and components to specified standards. Read and follow assembly instructions and production schedules. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Safely use hand and power tools. Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets. Report any quality, material or equipment issues to supervisors. What We''re Looking For Previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
