Dress and mount vac form tooling as required. Hand trim components for FAS and 5 Axis teaching aid. Produce all seat plastics components to the highest quality standard, including but not restricted to the following processes (scraping, tool making, vacuum forming, trimming, gluing and assembly) Work within the COSHH guidelines and ensure correct wearing of appropriate PPE. Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, ensuring a high calibre of quality is followed at all times. Ensure the workshop is maintained to a safe standard in accordance with company EH&S policies/procedures. Kit components as required.
