Assembly Operative

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembly Operative to join our clients growing production team in Brough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Purpose of the RoleTo assemble a range of company products to the required quality standards and within pre-determined timescales. Key Duties and Responsibilities Consistent assembly of products to a high-quality standard using SOPs Carrying out in-process quality inspections Bagging and packaging products in line with documentation Reading and understanding drawings, manufacturing instructions, process documentation, and specifications Operating relevant machinery, including semi-automated equipment where required Following all Health and Safety procedures and company guidelines Supporting the wider production team and carrying out other duties as reasonably requested Essential Qualities and Skills Good level of English and Maths, both written and verbal Ability to follow written instructions and processes accurately Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good hand dexterity and eye-to-hand coordination Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards Able to stay focused and work efficiently to deadlines and targets Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hardworking and dependable attitudeExperience Previous assembly or ..... full job details .....
