Assembly Operative

Talent-UK are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join well-established Engineering business on a temporary to permanent basis in the Huddersfield area, with an early finish on Friday, and long-term stability and progression opportunities. Duties of the Assembly Operative: Assembly of various products using hand tools Operating and running various machines Liaising with other departments to ensure work is completed accordingly Report any breakdowns to line manager Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative Experience of the Assembly Operative: Experience of mechanical assembly advantageous Excellent attention to detail Proven experience of working within a manufacturing environment What is in return for the Assembly Operative: Pay rate of £12.50 per hour Hours are - 7.45am - 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 7.45am - 11.30am Friday Overtime paid at an uplifted rate Temporary to permanent opportunity Free onsite parking available Commutable from Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Barnsley, Wakefield, and surrounding areas.
