Route 1 are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Assembly Operatives to join their team Salary and Shift: Day Shift: £12.58 per hour Overtime: £18.87 per hour Bank Holiday Overtime £25.16 per hour Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 Key Responsibilities: Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble modular units. Follow technical drawings and instructions to construct and install components. Work on different stages of modular construction, including framing, plaster boarding and window installation Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and company standards. Assist in the movement of materials and finished products within the factory. Maintain a clean an organized working environment. Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring safe working practices at all times. Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines. Requirements and Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or modular building environment (preferred but not essential). Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions. Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
