Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including riveting machines, pillar drills, and laser marking equipment. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet strict company standards and follow non-conformance procedures where required. Maintain accurate records for traceability, ensure timely production output, and uphold a clean, safe working environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate of -12.71, with opportunities for progression based on performance and development. 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 12:30pm Friday 32 days annual leave including bank holidays, with additional increases based on service length.
