Job Title: General Operator

Location: Bangor, North Wales

Salary: -12.71 per hour

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Job Description

• Assemble components into finished products in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including riveting machines, pillar drills, and laser marking equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet strict company standards and follow non-conformance procedures where required.
• Maintain accurate records for traceability, ensure timely production output, and uphold a clean, safe working environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate of -12.71, with opportunities for progression based on performance and development.
• 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 12:30pm Friday
• 32 days annual leave including bank holidays, with additional increases based on service length.
• Company pension scheme and free on-site parking.

Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions and drawings.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload priorities.
• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
