Location: Gillingham | Salary: £13.68/hour | Type: Temporary | Assembly Operative - Gillingham Business Park - -13.68ph - Monday to Friday- Shift pattern 6am-2pm and 2pm -10pm- We are looking for experienced Assembly Operatives for our client in Gillingham.- Responsibilities Work with the Team to create wiring harnesses and assemble custom designed CIE, training can be given. Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure production requirements are met. Report problems or concerns with the team leader. Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete a good standard of work. Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company. Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Health and Safety in the workplace. Skills, Experience and Person Specification Ability to follow instructions and diagrams. Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Good communication skills. Computer literate.
