Assembly Team Member Aston Hall Rd, Birmingham B6 7FEAbout the RoleYou will be responsible for assembling cartridge valves to approved standards, following company processes and quality procedures. This role involves working as part of a team to maintain high-quality output, ensuring a clean and safe workplace, and supporting continuous improvement activities.Shifts and Hours Afternoon shift (standard): Monday Thursday: 1pm 9pmFriday: 1pm 8pm Flexibility required to occasionally cover or permanently move to morning shifts if needed. Pay and Benefits Base rate: £12.31 per hourShift allowance: % for hours worked outside core business hoursOvertime rates: Midweek Overtime: £18.47Weekends: £24.62 What We re Looking For Experience in assembly or engineering (preferred)Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standardsGood teamwork and communication skillsFlexibility and willingness to support across teamsCommitment to Health and Safety and continuous improvementBe physically able to carry out manual work.
