We are currently recruiting for a Assembly Operative to join a well-established and innovative company based in Horsham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a clean, modern production environment, working on the assembly of specialist instrumentation and products.

Daily duties

  • Assembling electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies into finished products
  • Carrying out manual soldering
  • Preparing and applying adhesives, seals and membranes to plastic components
  • Filling low-volume specialised liquids into vials and containers
  • Operating a range of assembly equipment and tools
  • Using digital jigs and fixtures to test components and finished products
  • Packaging and labelling finished goods
  • Supporting the wider production team with ad-hoc tasks

Required Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good manual dexterity (comfortable working with small components)
  • Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Experience in electronics and soldering
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Comfortable using a computer

Additional Info

  • Pay: -12.7113.00 per hour
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm
  • Start Date; ASAP
