Pro-Found Recruitment are on look out for an Assembly Operative for our client based in Rotherham.Assembly Operative Benefits:Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 16:30pm and Friday''s 08:00am - 15:30pm - please note the role may move to a 2 shift rotating pattern after 12 weeks - Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pmRate of Pay: 13.23 per hour - the rate increase to 15.75 if the role moves to a 2 shift rotating patternHours: 39 hours per week paid weeklyStart date: Monday 6th October 2025 - please do not apply if you have a holiday booked in the next 12 weeks as this is the crucial training periodContract: Temporary to PermanentLocation: RotherhamAssembly Operative Duties:Assembling cabinetsWorking on assembly / production linesQuality checking of materials and finished productsPacking and taping itemsWorking with woodFollowing instructionsGeneral HousekeepingWorking on your own and as part of a teamMinimum daily requirements (production targets)Assembly Operative Criteria:Previous assembly/manufacturing experience - preferred but not essentialHard working, reliable and punctualExperience of operating and using hand toolsExperience of joinery/carpentry preferred but not essentialStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructionsGood work ethic and prepared to learn new skills Please note this is a very physically demanding role and requires regular manual handling as part of the day to day duties Pro-Found Recruitment are an employment business and ..... full job details .....
