Role: AssemblerLocation: Newmarket (outskirts)Pay: 13.50phContract: 6 months contract (potential to extend)All applicants must have access to their own vehicle to commute to this siteAs an Assembly Operative, you''ll work on the production of small components, cutting materials, soldering and using a variety of tools to bring precision-built units to life.Duties:Assembling various products used in MODSoldering and cutting components to specificationUsing hand and power tools safely and effectivelyFollowing work instructions and technical drawings (training provided)Maintaining a clean and organised workstationCollaborating with a supportive team in a workshop environmentWho are we looking for?A willingness to learn and a positive, proactive attitudeMust drive and have access to your own vehicle (no public transport available)Assembly, soldering, or production experience is a bonus, but not essential Pay and Hours: 13.50 p/hourMonday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:30Friday, 08:30 - 16:00 (early finish!)37-hour work weekFlexible working hours available after probationOvertime availableOn-site parkingTemporary ongoing position with the potential to go permanentPrevious assembly experience is advantageous but not essential.
