Role: AssemblerLocation: Ipswich, Suffolk Pay: 13.50ph+Hours: 06:30-15:00Contract: Temp-Perm Start date: ImmediateWe are looking for assembly operatives in Ipswich, Suffolk! If you have any form of mechanical engineering experience, then please get in touch!A large manufacturer are in need of new assemblers to join their team as they''re forecasted a large increase in production towards the end of the summer.The starting salary for the role is circa 13.50ph+ however this can change depending on your experience, further pay reviews will be available subject to a successful probation!Assembly Operative duties: - Operating various hand / power tools to assemble mechanical parts and components.Machining as and when required Ability to read and work from engineering drawingsAlways maintain a clean and tidy work environmentEnsure the company''s health and safety procedures are always adhered toPrevious product experience is desirable but not essential. We will consider any applicants who have basic knowledge of assembly or mechanics.You must be a competent user of hand and power tools and be able to read from technical drawings independently. Hours are Monday - Friday, 06:30-15:00.
