We are looking for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester LE3.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing team.

The role

• Read and interpret engineering drawings 
• Identify and pick the correct parts 
• Assemble parts according to engineering drawings
• Work with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel 
• Using hand-held and power tools to assemble the parts
• Identify and report defects
• Communicate with all departments effectively

What we are looking for

• Experienced Assembly operative 
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings 
• Experience working within an engineering company
• Experience in handling large/heavy sheet metal, including stainless steel
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
