Role Overview: To ensure that quality products are assembled in a timely and cost effective manner whilst applying a culture of continuous improvement, which in turn will deliver excellent customer services and value for money alongside achieving the correct assembly standards and therefore contributing to maximising departmental performance. Main Responsibilities: Ensure all products are assembled and packed in accordance with published PI Sheets and meet stated quality and packing standards. Capture all required data accurately in the appropriate systems. Use the correct equipment at all times and ensure you are fully trained before operating any machinery. Separate all waste into the correct bins and notify the Team Leader of quantities and any defects. Stamp all boxes and print/select descriptive labels for products, bags, or cartons as per the Bill of Materials (BOM).
