The Role As an Assembly Operative, you''ll be part of a supportive production team where quality, teamwork and safety are key. Full training is provided, allowing you to develop valuable skills within a leading manufacturing environment. Your duties may include: Assembling high-quality automotive components Using specialist equipment including air tools, spray guns and hog rings Carrying out visual quality inspections Following manufacturing processes and health and safety procedures Working as part of a team to achieve production targets Every day offers the opportunity to learn new skills and gain valuable experience in automotive manufacturing.
