About the Role

This full-time, temporary Assembly Operative role in Plymouth offers £12.80 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm. Reporting to the production team, the successful candidate will assemble products to specification using hand and power tools, following work instructions and technical drawings. Duties include performing quality checks on completed items, packing goods ready for dispatch, and keeping the work area clean and safe. Full training is provided, with ongoing temporary work available. Applicants should have good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production targets within a manufacturing setting.

We are currently recruiting for Temporary Assembly Operatives to join our client in Plymouth.

The Role
As a Temporary Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products to specification while maintaining high quality standards and production targets.
Key responsibilities include:

Assembling products using hand and power tools
Following work instructions and assembly drawings
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Packing completed items ready for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

About You
We're looking for individuals who are:

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Able to work accurately and with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well as part of a team
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
