Do you have experience working with wood, hand tools or power tools?We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established business based in Dudley.The RoleWorking as part of the production team, you will be responsible for assembling and finishing products to a high standard. The role would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and has experience within assembly, woodworking or general production.Your responsibilities will include:Assembling products and components accuratelyUsing a range of hand tools and power toolsMeasuring, cutting and fitting componentsFollowing drawings, instructions and specificationsChecking completed work for quality and accuracyCarrying out preparation, finishing and general workshop dutiesMaintaining a clean and organised working areaWorking to production deadlines and quality standardsSupporting the wider production team when requiredThe Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within an assembly, manufacturing, production or workshop environment.You should be:Practical and hands-onConfident using hand tools and power toolsComfortable working with wood or timberAble to follow instructions and work accuratelyQuality-conscious with good attention to ..... full job details .....
