Assembly Operative

Assembly OperativePertemps are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a leading manufacturing company based near Alton. This is a full-time permanent position.Responsibilities:- Assembling mechanical and electrical components to build products.- Conduct initial and visual inspections of components.- Collaborating with other departments such as engineering and production to ensure efficient assembly process.- Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.- Packing assembled products into boxes for storage.- Keeping tools and work areas clean and organized.Requirments:- Previous experience in an Assembly or Production environment- Proficient in hand tools and electrical testing equipment- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Basic computer knowledgeThis Assembly Operative role is paying 12.21 per hour, rising to 12.75 per hour after successful completion of 3 month probation period.
