Assembly Operative - Stowting 13.33 per hourTemporary to Permanent Opportunities availableImmediate Start available for the right candidateNew Appointments Group are working with a leading manufacturer of premium fencing, gates and garden accessories, who are looking for reliable Assembly Operatives to join their busy production team in Stowting.This is a hands-on role involving the assembly of timber components using a range of hand tools and machinery. Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble timber fence panels, gates and other wooden structuresUse hand tools and power tools including drills, nail guns and sawsMeasure, position and secure timber components accuratelyFollow detailed work instructions and production processesWork efficiently to maintain production flow and meet targetsCarry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet the required standardKeep your work area clean, organised and safeCarry out some reasonable manual lifting as part of the roleWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience using hand or power tools would be advantageousManufacturing, production, factory or warehouse experience is usefulAn interest in DIY, maintenance, carpentry or practical workGood attention to detail and a high level of accuracyComfortable working at pace in a busy production environmentReliable, punctual and committed with ..... full job details .....
