Assembly Operative Leeds Full-Time - Rotating Shift Pattern 12.71 p/hr A well-established manufacturing company based in Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced Assembly Operative to join its growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality and attention to detail are key. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling components and finished products in line with company procedures and production schedules. The successful Assembly Operative will work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure products are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Working Hours (2-Week Rotation)Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00Alternate Friday: 07:00 - 14:30 or day offAverage weekly hours: 37.5 Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble products and components accurately and efficientlyFollow manufacturing and quality procedures at all timesMaintain a clean and safe working environmentReport faults, issues, or production concerns to supervisorsOperate equipment and tools safely and effectivelySupport production targets and deadlines Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience as an Assembly Operative or within manufacturing preferredGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAble to work independently and as part of a team What''s on OfferStable ..... full job details .....
