Assembly Operative - Lates

Pro-Found Recruitment are recruiting for a number of Assembly Operatives for the late shift for our client based in Grimethorpe, Barnsley, S72.Assembly Operative Benefits:Static shifts available on Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 4pm to midnight and Friday 3pm to 10pmTotal: 39 hours per week paid weeklyStart date: Monday 7th September 2026 - no holidays approved in the first 12 weeks due to trainingInterviews to be on held on Thursday 3rd September Rate of pay: 16.31 per hour - rate includes an attendance bonusContract: Temporary to Permanent based on performance and attendance Location: Grimethorpe, Barnsley, S72Assembly Operative Duties:Assembling cabinetsWorking on assembly / production linesQuality checking of materials and finished productsPacking and taping itemsWorking with woodFollowing instructionsGeneral HousekeepingWorking on your own and as part of a teamMinimum daily requirements (production targets)Assembly Operatives Criteria:Previous assembly/manufacturing experience - preferred but not essentialHard working, reliable and punctualExperience of operating and using hand toolsExperience of joinery/carpentry preferred but not essentialStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructionsGood work ethic and prepared to learn new skills Please note this is a very physically demanding role and requires regular manual handling as part of the day to day duties Pro-Found Recruitment are an employment business and equal opportunities employer. ..... full job details .....
