Assembly Operative

Kinetic are assisting a large engineering company in Burnley to recruit an Assembly Operative. The company have been established for over 50 years and due to continuous growth and increasing workload, they are looking for people who can grow with them.As the Assembly Operative, you will be completing the following tasks: Support the assembly process by interpreting drawings, Bills of Materials, and parts lists to gather the correct components. Build products in line with technical specifications, ensuring all parts are correctly fitted. Check completed assemblies to confirm they meet required standards and design expectations. Highlight and help resolve any assembly related issues as they arise. Keep your work area tidy and operate safely, following all site procedures and guidelines. Record work completed by filling in the necessary production and quality documentation. Use computer systems to access and input relevant production data. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow. Take an active role in ongoing improvements across the department. Follow 5S workplace principles to support an organised and efficient environment.This is a key role within the business, so we''re looking for an Assembly Operative who can bring: The ability to read and understand technical drawings.
