The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, processes and equipment to safely manufacture high-precision optical products throughout the production process. You will work as part of a small team assembling periscopes and opto-mechanical sights for armoured vehicles , with a strong focus on quality, precision and following established manufacturing procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. Assemble periscopes Mix adhesives and prepare metal surfaces for optics bonding. Bond optical surfaces for substrates and laser protection filters.
