Job Description: Assembly Operative Salary: £12.75 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 4:30pm Contract: 12-week temp-to-perm Location: On-site About the Role We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of our well-established client, a leading UK manufacturer specialising in sheet metal fabrication and stainless steel product design. Key Responsibilities Assemble components accurately and efficiently to the required specifications Use a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow detailed work instructions, production processes, and quality standards Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Pack finished products and prepare them for dispatch Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment is preferred Good manual dexterity and attention to detail The ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good teamwork and communication skills A ..... full job details .....
