Role OverviewAs an Assembly Operative, you will work within the production department assembling components on a production line. The role requires good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A full induction is provided including manual handling and health and safety training. Key Responsibilities Assemble components using hand tools such as drills, clamps, rivets, and other equipment Ensure parts are fitted correctly and to specification Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation Comply with company and industry health and safety standards Report and assist in resolving any faults or production issues Carry out basic preventative maintenance where required Skills and Experience Required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Good attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Previous production or assembly experience desirable Knowledge of machinery or hand tools advantageous Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Hours ..... full job details .....
