Experienced Assembly OperativeLocation: Telford, TF7Pay: 12.80 per hourHours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm Friday 8:00am-1:00pmContract: Ongoing / Temp-to-perm (depending on client requirements) A leading manufacturing company based in Telford (TF7) is recruiting an experienced Assembly Operative to join a fast-paced production environment. This role combines hands-on assembly with picking and packing duties. Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble products/components to specification in a busy manufacturing settingRead and interpret technical/engineering drawings and follow work instructionsPick parts and materials accurately for production and ordersPack finished products ready for despatch, ensuring correct labelling and quantitiesComplete basic quality checks and report defects/issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with HandS standards Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in assembly/manufacturingConfident reading and working from drawingsPicking and packing experience within a production/warehouse environmentGood attention to detail and ability to work at paceReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team What''s On Offer 12.80 per hourConsistent daytime hours with an early finish every FridayOpportunity with a well-established manufacturer in Telford Apply now with your CV to be considered.
