Assembly Operative

GI Group are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our team at a well-established client based in Bradford, our client is globally known for their advanced technology with innovative turbocharger technology located in BD4 on the Euro-way industrial estate.Basics- Rate: 12.31ph Starting Rate - Shift: Mornings - Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm/ Friday''s 6am to 12noon - Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Rate: 12.31 (Overtime rates paid at a higher rate) Overtime rate dependent on when completed.- Uplifts are available dependent on satisfactory review: After 12 weeks - Uplift 1 - 12.68 After 24 weeks - Uplift 2 - 13.05Duties: Working as part of a team on multiple assembly lines throughout the site. Building up different types of vehicle turbos from engineering drawings and schematics. Build using small components and various hand tools. Intricate assembly work using small delicate parts. Candidates will need to have good hand eye coordination and excellent attention to detail to ensure each build has great quality.Ideally: You will have experience in an assembly environment. Have experience using hand tools, jigs and other equipment.
