Assembly OperativeExeter, Devongap personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Assembly Operative to join a busy production environment within the signage and visual communications sector.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has good attention to detail, and is confident working to production targets in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:Assemble products and components to specificationFollow technical instructions and production drawingsCarry out quality checks to ensure high standards are metPack, label, and prepare finished goods for dispatchSupport general production and workshop operationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentWork efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlinesRequirements:Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing preferredGood attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsComfortable working in a manual, hands-on roleStrong team player with a positive attitudeUnderstanding of health and safety proceduresHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:30pmPay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (DOE)This is a great opportunity to join a growing and supportive production team, with consistent weekday hours and competitive pay.If you''re interested and available to start, please apply with your CV today. ..... full job details .....
