Assembly Operative – Shoeburyness
Location: Shoeburyness, Essex
Contract type: Temporary (1–2 months, with potential for extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: £12.91 per hour

We''re currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our client''s production team on a temporary basis, based in Shoeburyness. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent daytime hours and hands-on work in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

What you''ll be doing:

• Assembling components accurately and efficiently to meet production standards
• Working as part of a team to hit daily targets
• Carrying out quality checks on finished items
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

What we''re looking for:

• Recent experience in an assembly, production, or manufacturing environment is highly desirable
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work well within a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
