They are one of the worldwide market leaders of their products in the Military/Civil Aerospace, Land Systems, Subsea, Oil and Gas, Space and Industrial and Mass Transit Industries. We are currently looking to recruit a number of assembly operatives to support the ongoing growth of the Mansfield facility. Initially commencing on a temporary contract but after just 12 weeks trial period you have the opportunity to secure yourself a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance. The Role and Responsibilities for Assembly Operative Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings Following listed instructions/measurements carefully Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders Person Specification: Assembly experience is required for Assembly Operative Good attention to detail Must have excellent communication skills Must be able to work well under pressure Must have a great attitude and work ethic CV Required Company Benefits include: Full training given Candidates who are competent in the role have the opportunity to go permanent ..... full job details .....
