£12.71 – £13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 17:00

We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based near Pulborough.

This is a hands-on role within a clean, organised and team-focused production environment, assembling specialist technical products used within highly regulated industries.

The company are open to speaking with both:

• Candidates with previous assembly/manufacturing experience

• Or practical, hands-on individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn

If you are reliable, comfortable working with your hands and looking for a stable long-term opportunity within a supportive engineering environment, this could be a great fit.

The role will involve:

• Mechanical and electrical assembly work

• Using hand and power tools

• Following drawings, instructions and build processes

• Wiring and basic fitting work

• Quality checking and attention to detail

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Assembly

• Production

• Manufacturing

• Mechanical fitting

• CNC / machine operation

• Automotive

• Construction / practical trades
