We are recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based near Pulborough.

You’ll be working in a clean, organised and team-focused production environment, assembling specialist technical products used within highly regulated industries. This is not just basic production-line work. The products are detailed, technical and built to a high standard, so care, accuracy and pride in your work really matter.

• Candidates with previous assembly or manufacturing experience
• Practical, hands-on people with the right attitude and willingness to learn

The role will involve:

• Mechanical and electrical assembly
• Using hand and power tools
• Following drawings, instructions and build processes
• Wiring and basic fitting work
• Carrying out quality checks
• Working carefully with strong attention to detail
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

We would particularly like to hear from people with experience in:

• Assembly
• Production
• Manufacturing
• Wiring
• Electrical work
• Mechanical fitting
• CNC or machine operation
• Automotive
• Construction or practical trades
• Engineering environments
