Assembly Operative Location: CoventrySalary: £18.27 per hour (£39,000 per annum once permanent)Contract Type: 12-Week Temp to PermWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Empowered Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based in Coventry. This is a physically demanding and varied role, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.Working as part of a small production team, you will play a key role in the assembly, finishing and preparation of bespoke products, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Skills and Experience Required • Previous experience working as an Assembly Operative within a manufacturing or assembly environment is essential. Applications without this experience will not be considered.• Must be physically fit and capable of safely lifting and handling heavy or bulky materials throughout the working day.• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is desirable.• Confident using hand and air tools.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Reliable, punctual and well organised.• Good problem-solving skills and sound judgement.• Able to work independently as well as part of a small team.• Adaptable and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
