Assembly Operatives Required in Chipping Norton | Monday to Friday | £12.98 - £13.34 per Hour | Immediate Start

The Recruitment Group is recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our client''s busy production team in Chipping Norton. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term work with an immediate start available.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to develop their skills in a production environment.

Assembly Operative Responsibilities

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for manually assembling products to the required specifications, following production processes and maintaining quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manually assembling products in line with specifications and production requirements.
• Following work instructions and established production processes.
• Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills and Experience Required

• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Assembly Operative Pay and Working Hours

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm | £12.98 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm | £13.34 per hour
• Rotating Shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm | £13.16 per hour
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Location: Chipping Norton
• Contract Type: Long-term work
• Start Date: Immediate start available
