Job Role: Assembly Operative

Location: Daventry, Kettering, Wellingborough

Shift: Full time (39 hours) 08:00-16:30 with an Early finish on a Friday!!

Pay Rate: -13.00 p/h

The Company:

A well-established and reputable business based in Daventry is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join its team. The company operates within the transport and logistics sector and is known for its professionalism, reliability, and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

The Candidate:

• Prepare and engrave components before assembly
• Mask products ahead of paint spraying
• Support with deliveries, collections, and packing tasks
• Ensure items are packaged, labelled, and documented correctly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and factory housekeeping
• Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements
• Assist with general duties as required

The Responsibilities:

• Able to work to targets and deadlines
• Good record-keeping and paperwork accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and tidy work approach
• Safety-conscious and aware of workplace standards
• Confident communicator across teams
• Self-driven and reliable with minimal supervision
• Manufacturing experience an advantage
• Full UK driving licence essential
