Assembly Operative

Job Overview
We are seeking an Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and care. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and drawings.
• Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled items to ensure they meet required standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in materials or assembly processes to supervisors.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times while working in the warehouse.

Skills

• Proficient in using basic power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues effectively.

Monday - Friday, 37.5hours per week. (Apply online only) & (Apply online only) weekly rotation

Paying -14 on a long term, temp - perm position.
