Pay Rate: -12.50 per hour

Barker Ross is currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for our client based in Spinney Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for long-term work with the potential to become permanent.

Shift Pattern

• PM Shift
• Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
• Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

The Role

You will be working in a fast-paced production environment, assembling small components at your own workstation. After completing training, you will work independently following detailed instructions to ensure all products are assembled accurately and to a high standard.

• Assemble small parts following detailed instructions

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Work independently once training is completed

• Ensure consistent production standards

Requirements

• Good attention to detail

• Good dexterity and steady hands (working with small parts)

• Good eyesight

• Ability to follow instructions carefully

• Reliable, motivated and willing to learn

• Previous assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
