• Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
• Based in Tipton , West Midlands
• Pay £12.40 per hour plus shift allowance for afternoons or nights only 
• Shifts: 06:00am - 2.00pm OR 2.00pm - 10.00pm Available (PICK YOUR SET SHIFT 

(TRAINING WILL BE ON DAY SHIFT 6AM -2PM )

Are you an experienced Production Operative / Assembly line worker  looking for a long-term opportunity working for a leading world wide manufacturing company

The Role:

As a Production/ Assembly Operative, you will be using a range of hand Power tools and measuring devices working on a busy fast paced production line

• Assembling products
• Manual handling and using trimming tools
• Using Measuring equipment and devices
• Following instructions from drawings
• Quality inspecting finished product
• Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions from technical plans and drawings
• Minimise material waste and ensure a high-quality finish
• Handle materials in line with health & safety standards
• Support product changeovers and continuous improvement processes

About You:

We''re seeking a motivated, reliable individual with:

• At least 2 years experience in Assembly work , based in a factory environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality is a must
• Confidence reading drawings/specifications
• A basic level of PC literacy
• An organised and safety-conscious approach
