What you''ll be doing As an Assembly Operator, you''ll play a key role in building high-quality, complex products that meet customer expectations and production targets. Working as part of a supportive team, you''ll contribute to a safe, efficient, and continuous improvement-focused manufacturing environment. In this role, you will: Assemble complex products in line with production schedules, quality standards and work instructions. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets and business objectives. Read, understand and follow technical instructions, drawings and established assembly procedures.
