Assembly Operative

Careermakers Recruitment are looking for an Assembly Operator for our ever-growing client based in the heart of Normanton, WF6. Key Responsibilities Assemble signage products, including structural components, face panels, brackets, and LED lighting systems. Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications accurately. Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks. Assist with fitting and wiring LED lighting where required. Ensure all completed signage meets quality and finish standards. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing Strong practical skills with excellent attention to detail. Flexible, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required. Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality. Ability to work confidently with hand tools.
