Assembly Operative / Assembler

Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for an experienced Assembly Operative / Assembler to work in their factory. This role will become permanent after successfully completing 3 months full work as a temporary agency worker. Hours of work: 8.00am 4.00pm (37.5 hours a week) Salary: £13.50 per hour PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: You can start ASAP (around the 12th August). Previous experience in a hands-on Assembly role in a manufacturing / production / factory / engineering environment. You must have experience of using a wide variety of hand tools and power tools. You are able to follow diagrams and engineers instructions to assemble products. Duties and Responsibilities: To position, align and fit manufactured parts to form complete units or sub-units. To following engineering assembly drawings. Utilising hand and power tools to assemble products whilst maintaining consistent quality. Any other duties as reasonable requested by management.
