This is a hands-on role involving fine, detailed and fiddly assembly work, so excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity and attention to detail are essential.You will be required to work efficiently and at pace while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy, with production targets to achieve.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out detailed and intricate assembly work.Handle small components and parts with care and precision.Use excellent hand and finger dexterity throughout the working day.Follow assembly instructions and production processes accurately.Work quickly and efficiently to achieve daily production targets.Maintain a consistent level of quality and accuracy.Carry out visual quality checks on completed products.Keep your work area clean, tidy and organised.Follow all health and safety procedures and company guidelines.Work effectively as part of a busy production team.The Ideal CandidatePrevious assembly, production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Comfortable working with small, fiddly components.Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.Target-driven with a strong work ethic.Good attention to detail.Reliable, punctual and committed.Able to follow instructions and work independently.Comfortable working in ..... full job details .....
