Assembly Operative

Alliance Personnel are seeking assemblers to join one of their engineering clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with both hand and power tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that components are assembled accurately and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications and engineering drawings. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Report any defects or issues with materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly.
