This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position.As an Assembly Operative, your key responsibilities will include:Reading and interpreting technical drawings, with a strong emphasis on sheet metal fabrication diagrams.Working to precise specifications to ensure high-quality output.Fabricating and assembling sheet metal components using a variety of hand and power tools.Collaborating effectively with team members to optimise production processes.Manual handling, which may involve some heavy lifting.Adhering strictly to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.Participating in full training and induction programs.What We''re Looking ForWe are seeking motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
