Assembly Operative

All Square Recruitment are looking for focused Assembly Operatives to join a specialist manufacturer known for high-performance in Chelmsford, Essex. We are recruiting this role on a temp to perm basis. This role is based in a clean, modern production environment and is perfect for someone who enjoys precision-based assembly work. Key Responsibilities: Producing and assembling small, intricate parts to exact specifications. Using various hand tools to complete assembly tasks at a dedicated workbench. Ensuring all components are handled with care and meet strict quality standards. Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets. Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment is highly desirable. Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts. A proactive approach and the ability to maintain concentration on repetitive, detailed tasks. Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a tidy environment.
