All Square Recruitment are recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of an established and growing client based in Colchester, Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking long-term work with progression potential in a supportive and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full time, temporary to permanent opportunity. Assembly Operative - Role/Responsibilities: Reading technical drawings Working to specifications Assembling parts using hand and power tools Working with others to create an efficient production process Manual handling - Some heavy lifting involved Full training and induction Working in a manner to ensure the safety of others at all times What We re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar assembly or production role (preferred) Confidence using hand and power tools Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Punctual, reliable, and motivated to learn Flexibility to work different shifts as needed Assembly Operative Shift details Monday to Friday (Weekday and Saturday Overtime available - Up to £18.78 per hour!) 7am till 3:30pm (Early and Late shifts may be available) £12.53 to £14.53 per hour ..... full job details .....
